The Mission of Bridge Ministries
BRIDGE is committed to biblical, historic, orthodox Christianity which always looks to God’s Word as the final source of truth for faith and practice. Theological head knowledge is not an end in itself, our goal in learning is to apply God’s Word to all of life so that it impacts head, heart and hands.Â
 Â
One Of The Least Evangelized Regions In The U.S.
The border region in both the U.S. and Mexico is desperately in need of evangelical Christian churches.
Bridge Ministries is here to share the good news of Jesus Christ and train leaders to take the gospel back to their own communities.
The Values of Bridge Ministries
Christ
Bridge Ministries exists to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ—salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone in Christ alone (Eph. 2:6-9).  In Christ we have been made complete, He is the head of all rule and authority (Col. 2:10).
Catechesis
We provide biblically faithful teaching according to the whole counsel of God’s Word through written resources, Bible studies, podcasts and conferences (Eph. 4:11-14).
Community
We encourage people to grow together and live out their faith within Christian community—especially emphasizing the importance of local church membership (Eph. 4:15-16).
Statement of Faith
We believe in the one self-existent, infinite, unchangeable God–one in essence yet three persons–Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  He is the Creator and Lord of the universe who governs all things in accordance with the counsel of His will.  (Deut. 6:4; Isaiah 40:28; Matt. 3:16-17, 28:19: Eph. 1:11)
We believe the entire canon of scripture–both Old and New testaments–to be the only written word of God, divinely inspired by Him and the only source of special revelation. (Isaiah 55:11; Luke 24:27; 2 Tim. 3:16)
We believe Jesus Christ is the incarnate Son of God, the only propitiation for sin and Saviour for mankind. He is one person yet two in nature–truly God and truly man. He is the only mediator between God and man, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. (John 8:58, 10:30, 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Tim. 2:5)
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone and the only basis for assurance is because the penalty for sin has been paid for all who believe in the substitutionary and atoning death of Christ on the cross. (John 3:16; Eph. 2:8-9; 2 Cor. 5:21)
We believe in the physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ and His judgement of the living and the dead. Â The saved are resurrected unto eternal life and will dwell with God forever and the lost will be shut out from the presence of the Lord unto eternal punishment. (Matt. 25:31-46; Rev. 21:1-8)
